 St. Michael's offers a number of opportunities for it's students to participate in extracurricular sport teams. St. Michael's promotes an environment of excellence, honesty, hard work in its athletic programs. We have been blessed with many great athletes throughout the years and we look to continue that all in HIS name. We encourage all students who want to participate in a sport team to go out for it. St. Michael's does not have a "tryout" policy and every team is open to the appropriate age, gender, and skill level as adopted by the Tri-County Lutheran League (TCLL). 

The most frequently requested and downloaded form is the Student-Athlete Physical Exam / Medical History Form. 

Sports Physicals: For the 2026-27 school year, an MHSAA pre-participation sports physical is required for all students who participate in sports. A physical examination must be completed on or after April 15, 2026 to be considered a valid physical for 2026-27. The MHSAA Health Questionnaire will not be in use. Please be sure to inform all parents and students – especially those who will begin middle school next fall – of the April 15 date. The MHSAA two-page physical form has not changed and remains on MHSAA.com.
